COVID-19 Update
La Entrada Continues Forward
The La Entrada project has not been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and is in the process of reaching key milestones. We will continue to update this page as the project moves forward. Our thoughts go out to everyone affected during these unprecedented times.
A Vision for the Future of Coachella
BRINGING FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY TOGETHER IN THE HEART OF COACHELLA
La Entrada is a master planned community providing housing, recreation, and business opportunities to both present and future Coachella residents.
The La Entrada Project
A UNIQUE MIX OF RESIDENTIAL, RECREATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Situated on 2,200 acres just south of Interstate 10 on Avenue 50, the vision for La Entrada is to create a new master planned community that serves as a Gateway to the region offering a mix of remarkable residential, recreational, and commercial opportunities.
Project Benefits
PHYSICAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ADVANCEMENT IN THE COACHELLA COMMUNITY
Bringing a full spectrum of housing choices, efficient building designs, and a village atmosphere, La Entrada encourages community connections and provides a holistic experience for area residents.
Lifestyle Inspiration
BRINGING COACHELLA’S UNIQUE CULTURE TO LIFE WITH ARCHITECTURAL STYLE
La Entrada was designed to respect the environment and preserve the integrity of the natural desert landscape. Inspired by Coachella’s history and culture, the design conceptualizes and honors the unique heritage of the city. With a village-influenced vision, La Entrada focuses on promoting diverse and synergetic neighborhoods for its residents.
Avenue 50 Expansion
OPENING SIGNIFICANT ACCESS TO LA ENTRADA AND THE CITY OF COACHELLA
Expanding Avenue 50 and Avenue 52 allows for a connection between the newly planned Avenue 50 and Interstate 10 interchange. This allows for tremendously easier access and potential economic growth at the east end of the Coachella Valley.
